the Oakland A's had that ridiculous run of 20 wins several years ago, too. Its probably harder to do it in baseball than any other sport.

The Rockets of course, even an NFL Europe team can pull off several in row if they had access to tapes of all the offensive plays a team runs....

not even close...patriots.

Patriots almost did something only one team in the history of the league did (in like 4 less games mind you).

Rockets are in an area where 4 or 5 teams are right next to em.

Not even close. Pats dominated the NFL season. Rockets still have got to be careful where they end up. The win streak for the rockets is nice but going undefeated in he NFL is by far the greater feat.

Pretty much what I said above. Not even close.

Pats didn't win the superbowl so we can't compare seasons....we can only compare the streaks.

I think the rarity would give the edge to an NFL streak if the NBA one was only a few more games....

...but with all the scandals surrounding the NE organization right now (including the season in consideration), I give the "impressive" factor hands down to the Rockets....

These guys are doing it by playing with an incredible amount of heart each game of this streak....they lose Yao and still keep on truckin'.....they look so grateful after each win while NE looked cocky....Not only is Houston's streak more impressive, so is their class.

What scandals? A whack job looking to get paid, to make a name like Walsh is making noise? Boring and meaningless. Totally meaningless. It is only a scandal is you have no clue or no life. Get real.

losing yao is the equivalent of losing moss/brady. new england loses either they have no chance. houston wins against the west in a conference that is probably the best ever in the history of all sports in terms of the conference top to bottom.

Patriots won 3 Super Bowls without Moss. Ridiculous statement. Brady is vital though for sure.

OK Tom he saying if you loss him you wouldnt gone 16-0. I have to agree if Moss went down you would have lost one or two.
